    30 Days Warranty : Terms & Conditions

    30 Days Warranty Terms and Condition :
    - Nanotech® Screen Protectors are covered with 30 days warranty starting from the date of shipping.
    - Proof of purchase must be presented together with the applied product for exchange & claim purposes:
    1) Order number / e-receipt
    2) Product packaging
    3) Defective product unused
    - Warranty is only valid with product sold from Nanotech® Official Store.
    - The warranty covers
    1) cracks, scratches on screen protector upon delivery (Product have to remain unused).
    2) Manufacturing defects, which solely includes the following:
    i) adhesive defects - bubbles, halo effect, lifting effect and adhesive streaks that will not disappear.
    ii) glass defects (micro bubbles within glass)
    Warranty can only be claimed once. Once claimed, the warranty is fufilled.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR STORE PICKUP CUSTOMERS

    Dear valued customers,

    Kindly note for customers who wants Nanotech to send out “store pick-up” orders, we will be charging a minimum fee of $5.00 SGD minimum fee (private courier service). Do note that there will be incremental costs for cart orders with higher quantities or volume.

    The costs stated above are to covers the following costs:
    1) stamp fees
    2) cost of mailing materials
    3) processing costs
    4) administrative costs

    Should you require a change for your mailing option from “store pick up” to mailing, please email a valid mailing address and relevant mailing details to Kelly@nanotechsg.com or contact Kelly at 8208 6888.
    purchasing store pickup option means you have agreed to all terms stated here.

    Order Fulfillment Time Frame / Order Processing Time Period

    Dear Valued customers,

    We are monitored and have regulations to follow with qoo10.sg. Therefore all orders are reflected and processed via qoo10's order management system.

    At Nanotech, we face high volume transactions everyday. Therefore during peak periods (weekends: friday to sunday, public holidays) we will need a longer processing time to handle all orders. to avoid confusion and misunderstanding, we process orders based on 24 hours basis. (on present day, we will process the previous day's order - 00:00hrs - 23:59hrs.) so therefore, we will take 1 working day to process and send out your orders. If you opted Singpost normal mail, Singpost will take 1 day to process orders and 1-2 working days to deliver to your address.

    So technically, delivery process will take at least 3 working days to reach you after payment confirmation.
